Fourth Grade
"We'll Be Loyal Scouts." Webelos is the bridge year — fourth graders start working on the skills that carry into Scouts BSA and taste real outdoor independence.
The adventures get more ambitious, the responsibility grows, and scouts begin looking ahead to what comes after Cub Scouts. It's the turn from little-kid Scouting toward the real thing.
Parents are expected to attend all meetings and participate with their Scout!
Each Scout needs to purchase a blue uniform shirt, blue belt, Pack numerals, and other required patches per the Scout Shop Staff and rank handbook from the Scout Shop
If you are brand new to Scouting, you will also need to purchase your rank neckerchief
With your Scout, complete the exercises in the pamphlet How to Protect Your Children From Child Abuse: A Parent's Guide
Complete a Medical Form, Parts A and B, for every participating member of your family
